Zanzibar is a Tanzanian archipelago off the coast of East Africa. On its main island, Unguja, familiarly called Zanzibar, is Stone Town, a historic trade center with Swahili and Islamic influences. Its winding lanes present minarets, carved doorways and 19th-century landmarks such as the House of Wonders, a former sultan’s palace. The northern villages Nungwi and Kendwa have wide beaches lined with hotels.
We saatyed at Twisted Palms last weekend, four persons and we all fell in love with the place. Bwejuu is a beautie and peaceful beach in the east coast. Perfect place to relax and very good strategic point to go to many other places.
I stayed there in October 2013 after having a long tour in all Tanzania climbing Kilimanjaro and National parks and exploring Mafia island the place was just a good bonus for my whole trip super chillaxing the staff are so friendly the room is always clean and the bed is comfy
